The discounted rate is based solely on availability so don't delay. An email will be sent to all registered attendees with a link to book your stay.

You cannot move in prior to the assigned date and time. There are other events being hosted at our conference hotel and the facility needs time to set-up for our event before we can move in exhibitors.
