Pomelo Care is a 24/7 virtual medical practice that improves maternal and newborn outcomes, actively delivering care today to over 5,000 TX Medicaid members. Pomelo delivers comprehensive medical, social, and behavioral care to moms from pregnancy until their baby turns one through a fully-employed care team, including OB/GYN, primary care, and pediatric clinicians, mental health therapists, social workers, dietitians, doulas and lactation consultants.
